Landlord Certificates

In 1996 the government passed a law that requires all landlords, who rent either part or all of a property, to have all household gas appliances checked every 12 months and provide a gas safety certificate to this effect.

We can offer all landlords this service for all their properties.  We annually schedule each property’s safety check so it coincides with the expiry date of the certificate.  We liase with the tenants and issue paperwork so you do not have to do a thing!

If you have a boiler breakdown or plumbing issue throughout the year your tenants can contact us to arrange visits, to save you having to phone around to instruct contractors and arrange access.
